As one of the directors of the Keats Island Conservation Society, I continuously maintain and promote the communication of our organization with other entities of Vancouver's Sunshine Coast, by serving as their main graphic designer and the media administrator of our webpage. The Society was founded to progress in our understanding and conservation of the island's Biodiversity.
The main focus of my research for the past decade has been the taxonomy of arthropods with emphasis in arachnids. I have also assisted in the development of software dedicated to enhance the process of species desciptions with the program PYOINV.
I have assisted Museums, Biological collections, and government associations by creating digital resources and using volunteering hours to communicate Science to the general public.
