In 2022, we published PYOINV; a software dedicated to the procedural generation of webpages to assist in the documentation of arthropod faunistic inventories.

A website created for MacMaster University's ChemAI group, led by Dr. Rodrigo A. Vargaz-Hernandez lab. Rodrigo's research focuses on theoretical chemistry and the use of AI.

Our collaboration resulted in a very interactive website that carefully combines color compositions with the popular libraries in JS d3 and p5js. I had the opportunity to design and create Blender animations and logos for this website.

In collaboration with Dr. Else Mikkelsen and the Keats Island Conservation Society, we created a fieldguide to common seashells found in Vancouver and the Sunshine Coast, B.C.

This webpage is special in the use of 3D models of the shells made in Blender, embedded in the website using the Three.js and Bootstrap libraries.

This is a digital brochure advertising the biodiversity and values of the community that inhabit Keats Island.

Built using Three.js and the Bootstrap library, the animation takes advantage of ease-in interpolation to navigate different areas of the island as the user scrolls down. The 3D models were made in Blender, taking advantage of triangular geometry rather than quads, and the animals are also represented with low topology. The models are free and available via my Sketchdab account.

Keats Island Conservation Society

The Keats Island Conservation Website is a centralized source of information on the activities performed by the society. Please refer to the BIOLOGY section of this webpage for more information.
KICS website
I assisted Dr. Fernando Alvarez-Padilla's website by adding Bootstrap and simple JS behavior, improving the website's viewport display to properly fit on devices of any screen size.
An self-biography webpage to showcase the Research portfolio of the Ornithologist, Evolutionary Biologist and Bioinformatician Else Mikkelsen. This page is currently under maintenance and is scheduled to go live on May, 2024.
